Luscious legs!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 2099)

You need a step for this! You put the step in a vertical position and hang onto the top part for balance.

You should feel this in the leg you are standing on - not so much in the leg that you are actually moving.

After this without touching down, wrap your free leg behind the standing one and do one leg squats (they aren't really squats) just tell them to sit back and STICK THEIR GLUTES OUT!!! Do this for about 16 - 24 counts. By then it should feel pretty good. After doing one leg - do the same on the other. You can use those rubber stretchy things, tied in a knot for the side leg raises, but it can get pretty intense.
