Combo #1
- Walk or jog to right wall (8)
- Walk or jog backwards (8)
- March or jog (in place still facing right)
Arms-right punches up then left punches up
Both punch up (8)
- 2 Jumping jacks turn then 2 jacking jacks to left wall (8)
- Repeat left foot lead
64 counts!
Combo #2
- Basketball slide diagonal, right (4)
- Scissor jacks (4)
- Basketball slide diagonal,left (4)
- Scissor jacks (4)
- Hamstring curl going back (emphasize down beat,right foot lead) (8)
- Jump front and back (8)
32 counts!
*Scissor jacks - legs front and back instead of to the side
*Combo #2 - Hamstring curl going back can flip around to back wall
then back to front in 8 counts!
I hope someone can use this. This is known as my "safe" pattern.
