Here's one that's a real workout!
Bench is horizontal, start with a right lead, facing left.
- Repeater 2 knees
- Run backwards around the step for 4
- Repeater 2 knees (you're now on the other side of the bench)
- Run backwards arounds the step (back to where you started)
- 2 Single kicks
- 1 Basic in the corner (or a jump onto the step for higher intensity)
- 2 Jacks on the floor, turn to face the right side of the room
(repeat all left lead)
