Trembling Triceps

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 2116)

You need a step and a set of dumbbells.

Get your participants to lie down on the step (back on the step).
* They should have a dumbbell in each hand (2-8 pounds). Their palms should facing in towards their head, so they with be moving the dumbbells from their arms straight, down to about 90 degrees.

**Make sure that they squeeze at the top of the movement and make sure that their arms aren't moving around (aka - using momentum)

Following this, have them put down 1 dumbbell and support one arm with a dumbbell. After you're done, switch arms.
If they still have energy you can always follow this off with tricep dips!!!

Anyhow, lying on the step is comfortable and there's less risk of them not standing properly etc...
