Energy Explosion

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 2117)

Single single double hamstring curls (4 sets = 32 counts)
You can 1/4 pivot the double hamstrings (first one to the side second one turns back to the front. When you are curling the left hamstring you will turn to the right and vice versa.

I usually start with the first combo and teach it through a few times until the class feels comfortable with it. I then teach combo 2, repeat it a few times and then put them together. I continue this process with the other combos adding them one by one. This routine easily fills up an hour. My classes love it. The combos are interesting enough to keep them thinking and really make the class fly by. Give them a try and let me know what you think. I'd love some feed back
