Cardio Sculpt

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 2153)

This is done with light weight (2-3 pounds) in the first 7 minutes or so of my Cardio Sculpt Class. Then I go on to heavier weights standing on the floor alternating with high impact or step. It's really basic but gets most of the muscle groups warmed up.

Thanks for all the great combos. I would like to see more cardio sculpt!
