10 Minute Abs
This is an
Abs pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 2157)
These Abs will take you about 10 minutes to do as written.
Starting position: On back, knees bent, feet flat.
- Center lift & lower 8x
- Center lift with right foot raised up 8x
- Center lift with knee in, foot press out 8x
- Center lift with straight leg extended overhead 8x
- Center lift with straight leg in to face, release 8x
- Center lift with knee in, footpress out 8x
- Tell them at this point to HOLD. Place lifted foot on
opposite knee, place one arm along side on mat.
- Cross curl to knee, slowly in 2's 8 sets
- Cross curl to knee, singles 8x
- Cross curl & pulse in 3's (pulse-2-3-release) 4 sets
- Return to center lifts, bring both feet flat to floor.
CHANGE SIDES and repeat from beginning on other leg!
If there is time left over, bring both feet up for reverse curls or crunches.
