10 Minute Abs

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2157)

These Abs will take you about 10 minutes to do as written.

Starting position: On back, knees bent, feet flat.

CHANGE SIDES and repeat from beginning on other leg!

If there is time left over, bring both feet up for reverse curls or crunches.
