Going the distance

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2170)

Your step is horizontal. I break it down as much as possible for people to get used to the movement.
*To add intensity add hops instead of straddle walk back.
**To add intensity to the repeaters double knee kick straddle to intensify more double knee pivot quick backward and back down to straddle on the same side. This was great fun in class. It was borrowed from a friend. If it doesn't make sense please write.
