This is a Step pattern from (pattern 2171)

Hello! Thanking everyone for all of the wonderfull ideas. You have really h elped me. I'm especially proud of this routine because I only borrowed one (1) block from you guys. Loads of the moves came from you. Let me know what you think and how you feel that I can improve it.

*Train: moving repeater knee (1 knee back of bench, 1 knee middle of bench, 1 knee front of bench, choo-choo arms)
