This is a LOW IMPACT combination - 32 counts no lead change.
- March wide (1) wide (2) together (3) together (4)
- March backwards four counts (5-8)
- Four knee lifts(in place or turning in full circle) right,
left, right, left (1-8)
- Squat right (arms sweep on sides like ski pole push off, clap 2
center) (1-4)**
- Squat left (same arms) (5-8) **
- 4 Step ham curl forward (large ROM [Range of Motion]) (1-8)
** Can add a triple step (cha-cha-cha) between squats.
Be sure to remind your class members LOW IMPACT does not mean low
intensity! With increased ROM, this combination can be very intense!
