This is a
Step pattern from

(pattern 2173)
Bench is horizontal.
Combo 1
- 3 Basics - right lead (move left) - change to run run later
- 1 Pivot on the floor - right lead
- 1 Knee up - right lead - now switch lead and
- 1 Knee hop off short end - left side - now switch lead and
- 1 Knee hop to face front of room
- 1 V-step - left lead
32 count - repeat left lead
Combo 2
- 1 Repeater off left short end - right lead
- 1 Squat
- 1 Across the top
- 1 Knee exit - to face front of room
- 3 Travel hamstring curls
32 count - repeat left lead - this combo stolen from this site!!!
Combo 3
- 2 Turns
- 4 Inner thigh(hit the heel) straddles moving forward - exit to right
- 2 Step touch around end of bench
- 1 Mambo on the bench
32 count - repeat left lead
Combo 4
- 2 A-step
- 1 Knee off short end facing left wall
- 4 March on top - left lead
- 3 Alternate side lunge - exit right
- 1 Hop turn double lunge - most of this combo stolen from this site
32 count - repeat left lead
Combo 5
- 1 Slow v-step march 2 hop left 2=right up slow, left up slow march 2
apart wide hop together 2 moving left - this is 8 counts
- 1 Repeater lunge off left short end - exit
- 3 Across the top
- 1 Tap around end - to face left wall
- 1 Turn
- 1 Corner to corner (diagonal)
- 1 Half L-step
- 3 Across the top
- 1 Knee exit - the other half of L-step I guess
- 1 V-step - left lead (or 2 jacks)
64 count - repeat left lead
Combo 6
- 1 Up jack down Jill = go up and jack go down and jack
- 4 Lunge on the floor - alternate
- 1 V-out out in in down down up up OR V-out out hop together knee up
down down up up
- 4 Lunge back - now face left wall and
- 4 Lunge side to side - now face back of room and
- 4 Lunge back - now face right wall and
- 4 Lunge side to side now face front of room and
- 3 Lunge back down down to exit
64 count - repeat left lead
Combo 7
- 3 Alternating V-knee = V-step, but don't tap down in between each, lift
the knee instead
- 1 Hop turn to face back of room - UNLOAD the weight
- 1 Backfire = up up lunge 2 down down
- 1 knee up swing 4 down down OR just a repeater
32 count - repeat left lead
Hope this is easy to understand. 45 minutes of intermediate to advanced stepping here. It's been awhile since I've given back to this
