Body Sculpt
This is a
Body Sculpting pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 2199)
There aren't many body sculpt routines on here yet so here's one to keep you going.
The aim is to do a lot of repetetive moves at about 125 - 130 bpm.
Body Sculpt is step using hand weights...
You begin with the step horizontal.
- Legs
- Arms
- 8 x Shoulder press (32 counts) end at shoulder
- 8 x Tricep kick outs (32) - elbows out at shoulder height in line with
shoulder, hands go from under the armpit out to the side
- 8 x Chest press (32) end at shoulder
- 8 x Bicep curls (32) - start with hands at shoulders!
Repeat on left leg basic step.
Then repeat and take down to 4 of each on the right then left.
And again down to 2 of each, and then down to one of each.
From here you can make the arms double time, just to finish them off!!
