Body Sculpt

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 2199)

There aren't many body sculpt routines on here yet so here's one to keep you going.
The aim is to do a lot of repetetive moves at about 125 - 130 bpm.

Body Sculpt is step using hand weights...

You begin with the step horizontal.

Repeat on left leg basic step.

Then repeat and take down to 4 of each on the right then left.
And again down to 2 of each, and then down to one of each.

From here you can make the arms double time, just to finish them off!!
