ABC of abs

(pattern 2203)
- Lay flat on your back with pelvic tilt/ flat back
- Raise your feet up about 6 inches.
- Now, spell out the alphabet with your feet!
This is a great lower abdominal workout. It is very important to keep the lower back flat! We use this exercise in kickboxing (not aerobic
kickboxing, this is with real kickboxers)
