Just a Quickie!
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 2204)
- Hop over and back (8)
- Abduct 2 (8)
- Mambo/pivot turn (8)
- Curb step (8)
First 16 counts can be performed as abduct 4 for beginners, with hop over and
back as option for intermediate to advanced. (Abduct is variation of tap up/tap
down, leg out to the side.)
Bench is longways to your left, curb step is based on rocking motion:
- Beat 1: right foot up
- Beat 2: left foot on floor
- Beat 3: right foot on floor, opposite side of bench
- Beat 4: left foot stays in place
- Beat 5: same as beat 1
- Beat 6: left foot stays in place
- Beat 7: right foot crosses behind left foot
- Beat 8: left foot stays in place
Move forward during beats 1-4, back on 5-8.
This one is more straightforward than some of the other combos I have submitted,
