Right lead:
- 3 Alternating heels, right/left/right - kick ball change "left foot"
(8 counts)
- Left double step touch, right double step touch (8 counts)
- 4 Hamstring curls (move-up) (8 counts)
- Left/grapevine back angle, right grapevine back angle (8 counts) =
total 32 counts
Left lead:
- 3* Step knees side left/right/left- grapevine right (*must step left on
left foot then lift right knee) (8 counts)
- 3 Step knees side right/left/right - grapevine left (8 counts)
- 3 Step knees side left/right/left - grapevine right (8 counts)
- 3 Step knees side right/left/right - grapevine left (8 counts) = 32 counts
Repeat
3 heels pattern left lead = 32 counts
Repeat
3 step knees/ grapevine pattern right lead = 32 counts
Right lead:
- *Double" plyometric" chacet - squat to right (8 counts)
(*double step touches that glide/both feet leave floor)
- Left foot, march-up (1,2,3) hop-turn on "3 ", LEFT, face back/march
back 3 left (8 counts)
Now facing back on left lead:
- Double chacet - squat to left (8 counts)
- Right foot, march up (1,2,3) hop-turn on " 3, RIGHT, face front/march
back 3 right (8 counts) = 32 counts
