New Abdominals!

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 2212)

Start sitting up tall, knees bent at right angles, feet flat on floor.
Holding the arms out in front, look straight ahead, tighten the lower abdominals and: Relax

I hope you'll find that this is a tough one! But if they need to, the class can rest on the single curls to the centre and join in again when they want to. Do get in touch with any questions or if anything is unclear.
