Combo 1
- Right lead grapevine two lunges with outside leg (8)
- Right V-step 1x (4)
- Tap march inside foot [hop on both feet, can turn around away in circle] (4)
- Left lead same thing (16)
Combo 2
- Step right foot repeat left knee 4xs (8)
- Step touch left first 4xs [scoop up or skate] (8)
- Step left foot repeat right knee 4xs (8)
- Step touch right first 4xs [scoop back or skate] (8)
Combo 3
- Right lead alternating heels in front [power heels] (16)
- Right lead alternating lunges side to side (12)
- Two jumping jacks (4)
Combo 4
- Right lead double step touch [take it higher, angle up with it] (4)
- Left lead double touch [take it lower, straight across] (4)
- Right lead double step touch [take it higher, angle back with it] (4)
- Left lead double step touch [take it lower, straight across] (4)
- Do it all again (16)
Combo 5
- Step right lift left leg to the side alternating [power] (8)
- Hamstring curls 4xs [power] (8)
- Squat right and left (8)
- March 4xs [jumprope] (8)
Thats the whole thing, you can add arms your choice. The only arms that I do
consistently are pray arms with the double step touches. This works for any
