Simple Yet Effective

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 2240)

*** Windmills = knee lift bringing your foot towards your body touching the foot with your opposite hand. Your other arm is up over your head thus creating a windmill effect.

With this simple pattern you can create many variations. I present it first on the spot and then after the class has "got it", I move forward on the heel jacks, move back on knee lifts, stay on the spot with curls and windmills.


I cue the doubles as "double heels, switch", "double knees,switch", "double curls, switch", "double windmills, switch". The switch cues them to the other leg. All double moves are done "on the spot".

For such a simple routine, it took alot of explaining! :0)
