Block 10

Ready to begin from block 1 with left lead.

Skate over top:
3 alternating hamstring curls on top. Instead of exiting back, take last hamstring and turn and straddle step.

Revolving door:
Over the top, over the top with the same lead (no taps). EX: Over the top right, turn on floor, over the top right again.

Turnstep with lunge:
1/2 turnstep, hold on top, lunge back X 2, finish turnstep.

Backwards grapevine:
Back facing step, grapevine X 4 counts (length of step only), turning towards step side as you are moving.

Rock straddle down:
Like a peg leg. One peg leg on top, straddle step so both legs are in a straddle position, then bring both to top of step.

Inverted V:
A 4 count step touch around end of step with inside foot leading. EX: On right side of step at end, left foot steps out at an angle on step end, right foot comes to left and you turn towards your right shoulder, right foot steps out to other side of step, left foot comes together with right, you are on other side of step.

V-step (bench/floor):
Just like a v-step on the step except the inside foot is on the step and the outside foot is on the floor, move this forward like a v-step to step end.

Figure 8 repeaters:
8 count traveling repeater knee around one step end, straddle down (stepping slightly forward), then 8 count traveling repeater knee around other step end with opposite lead, tap down, no second straddle.

Scissor over top:
Same as a regular over the top except the outside leg leads and goes behind the inside leg to go over the top, repeat back with opposite lead.

Step touch side/top:
Side approach. Step tap to top of step, turn to face front of room and step touch on top of step to your right, step touch left (turning to side again), and tap down on floor, 8 count move total.

Hope the long explanations didn't lose you. I know I appreciate when someone breaks down unfamiliar terms/steps so I can figure out the combos. Have fun and email with questions or problems!
