Upper Body Combo

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2472)

Have your class do 3 sets of 15 reps. of side raises, then repeat for front raises, repeat for bicep curls, hammer curls and Arnold presses. By now the upper body is totally screaming. Finish them off as follows: (to 32 counts) (I have them do 3 sets of these too) Now they're thinking they're through, yeah right, make them hit the mat and do push ups to failure. As a joke I tell them to clap as they come to the top of their push up as Demi did in G.I. Jane.
