Curvacious Calves
This is a
Body Sculpting pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 2507)
* You need a step with one or two risers under each side and a set of
handweights or a bodybar.
- Have one foot on the step and another on the floor
- Handweights or bodybar will rest on your shoulders
- If you have trouble keeping your balance, take a wider stance
between the leg on the floor and the leg on the step
- Do calf raises for the calf which is on the floor
- Do regular counts for 8 (make sure that the heel DOES NOT touch the
floor)
- Pulse for 8 counts
- Hold at the top for 8 counts
- Break down into 4 regular, 4 pulse, 4 hold then repeat the sequence
again
- Break down into 2 regular, 2 pulse, 2 hold and then repeat the sequence
3 more times
By now the calf should be burning! Stretch and switch calves. The leg on
top of the step is there for balance.
