Burning biceps

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2508)

* You need a a piece of tubing with handles on each side and a set of handweights or a bodybar. If you want you can repeat the entire sequence again. Make sure they are "squeezing" the muscle. So many people just go through the motions and don't squeeze. Make sure they are not using momentum! :)

After this pick up your handweights and perform 8 regular counts, 8 from halfway to the top and then 8 bottom to halfway, then drop to 4 of each and then 2 of each. The best is for last: have them hold the weights halfway (90 degrees) you can create goals by having them hold it for 30 seconds and progress up to 90 seconds!!! They should be burning by now!
