Numerous boxing patterns

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 2512)

The following are some of the boxing combos I've compiled over the past 2 years. Choose a half dozen or so to make your own unique routine. I didn't include much breakdown because it would have taken hours to type them all in. Practice them before you try them on your students. And feel free to email me with questions.

Also Lisa Mandramelli who has a video out suggests a human outline with the numbers 1-8 on it (like you'd see at a firing range). Put a 7 in the middle of the face (jab). 1 and 2 on the sides of the face (hooks), 3 and 4 below chin (uppercuts), 5 and 6 above hips (lower body shots - like uppercut) and 8 on the stomach (lower body blow-jab). Then make combos from the numbers like: 7-7-bob hold-1-4-bob hold (8 counts). It was fun but you definitely need the visual aid.
