Tough Aqua Class

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 2530)

Here is the final break down for the class. Be sure you 'teach' each combination. The first combo I stretched out to 10 minutes. The second combo took 10. I used the add on method to link the two together. The last part is easy to teach, but very tiring. It took me 35 minutes to teach and put these combinations together.

We really worked up a sweat today with this workout. I teach to the 8 count. Everything is on the beat. Also, this is a balance muscle (legs) workout. Follow with an upper body toning session.
