This is a Double Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2547)

The Quickie can be used insDouble OR single step.
I use it in the following double step combo.

Steps are Front and Back. You start in the middle.

You are in the middle slightly facing the left wall.
This is 32 count and you are now on the back bench facing the right wall continue with the following and it will put you back in the middle.

You should be back in the middle where you started with right lead.

Quickie: Double knee (6) (don't travel after or move), step directly up on the bench (7,8) and double hop (1,2), then 3 double time lunges - I call these quickie lunges (3,4,5) last lunge goes directly into a knee (6), step down on the opposite side of the bench from which you started (7,8). The only thing is when you are on the back bench remind them to lead LEFT which means you will quickie lunge left, left knee exit - which will be in the middle of the benches then 1/2 turn hop to the back of the room.
