Repeat other lead leg (32)

V-Lunge explanation: Step up wide with right leg (1), step up wide with left leg (1); lunge right leg back on to floor and then back up wide on step (2), lunge left leg back on to floor and then back up wide on step (2); step off bench right foot(1), step off bench left foot (1) = 8 counts

The knee repeater helps you to change lead legs. Variation on the knee repeater could be a swing kick, tap side of bench, knee up and exit. Be sure to do the knee repeater at center position and not on an angle so that you are ready to try the left lead V-lunge.

This is very intense as you can add propulsion and plyometrics on the V-lunges. Try it! I think you'll like it.
