UP AND HOP

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2561)

Begin with your right shoulder next to the step. You are facing the left wall and your step is horizontal. 32 counts and self-reversing

Breakdown:

When you are first inroducing this you can hop on top then come down and march for two counts. You can keep repeating this until your class gets it. Then you can leave out the march and stay on top and lunge side to side. It works great to have them stay in a basic the first time you show it.
