All for one, and one for all

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2566)

This is a fast seated spinning segment. I usually use on my class for a "flush" song (fast with lighter resistance, maybe after a hard hill climb). I hope I have not made it sound harder than it is. When you have gotten to the end of the line you can go back down from 10-1 again. It helps if the rest of the class can cheer on the riders and clap, yell etc. You can then end in everyone doing a standing sprint each racing for the glory. It is fun and loud when the class is cheering and getting into the spirit. Hope it works for your class too. Thanks for the great ideas.
