Horizontal Approach
- Two basic right (8)
- Grapevine diagonal forward - end in FRONT of step,
right side of body facing step (8)
- Knee straddles two times, stepping off right (8)
- Knee center one time, single squat on the floor (8)
- End of 32 count block - Option to repeat left lead
- Left lead, three V steps(12)
- Turn left to face back of room, one V-step on the floor,
turn left again towards the right corner of the step (4)
- Left lead, reverse hook the corners (that's a hamstring curl
with a twirl!) (8)
- Left lead, triple knee 'tap/tap' variation (step knee (2),
two taps on the floor (2), two hops on top of the step (2),
step off (2)) (8)
- End of 32 count block - Option to repeat right lead
- Right lead, L-step on the front of the step (4)
- Right lead, travel (4)
- Grapevine facing back of the room, or reverse turn on the step (4)
- Power squat with right foot on the bench (4)
- Right lead, L-step back to the short end of the step on the right (8)
- Left lead, abduct corner to corner on the short end of the step (8)
- End of 32 count block
- Left lead, step on to center of the step and alternate lunges six times,
beginning with the left foot (16)
- Repeat right lead, stepping of the short end on the right (16)
- End of 32 count block
- Left lead, alternating single kicks on the short end (8)
- Left lead, step pivot (4)
- Left lead, power knee on to the step (4)
- Left lead, knee back to the center of the step (4)
- Right lead, six count travel (8)
- Right lead, travel (4)
- End of 32 count block - Ready to start from the top with left lead
