This is a short segment but can break the monotony.
- Start with a seated flat climb, moderate cadence, light resistence.
- After 20 seconds increase resistance slightly, fast cadence.
- After 20 seconds increase resistance again, moderate cadence.
- After 20 seconds increase resistance again, stand 1/4 inch off
seat, fast cadence.
- After 20 seconds increase resistance again, moderate cadence
- After 20 seconds increase resistance again, use right leg only
by just pushing with the right leg. Go as fast as you can.
- After 20 seconds use left leg only, same thing as right.
- After 20 seconds increase resistance again, stand 1/4 inch off
seat, slow to moderate cadence.
- After 20 seconds increase resistance again, slow seated climb.
- After 20 seconds decrease resistance back to very light,
moderate cadence, recover.
Takes about 3 minutes with 20 sec. intervals.
