Boxing with style!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 2577)

Combo 1:

Combo 2:

Combo 1: I usually start this combo off with a few grapevines with one uppercut added on to the end of each grape

A "flurry" is just a super fast upper cut right and left

Combo 2: As an advanced move: add a 180 degree plyo jump after duck to bring you around to the other lead and start over from there

I get a ton of great ideas from the ex-pro that I train with but I'm always looking for more so keep the aerobic boxing moves comin'!
