Cardio Kickbox

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 2590)

32 Count Block:

Begin with a right lead stance and arms in pyramid position...

Repeat block on left lead stance!

I found that students were not satisfied with the traditional boxing classes because they were not "cardio" enough. If you add lots of punching and kicking patters, they will be pumped!!! Add jump rope intervals and they will be "out of control"!!
