This is a Warmup pattern from (pattern 3478)

Combo #1

To add a bit of spice: walk forward, back, then add 4 hamstring curls moving forward, then 3 grapevines coming back.

Combo #2

Very simple and with motivating music, it can really get you blood circulating!
