M-C Te Amo!

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3492)

This is my latest class. It has 5 combos that can all be repeated on their own and also one after the other and it all flows quite well. I usually teach a combo per 5 minutes (except combo 2 take about 10 minutes to teach with my group) and use the last 10 minutes to do the whole thing a few times. It is pretty simple moves so please add your own flair to it. I used Power aerobics 31 side B for that class.

Combo 1

Repeat everything on the left side (3 x 32)

Combo 2

Repeat everything left (2 x 32 counts)

Combo 3:

Combo 4:

Repeat going left (2 x 32 counts)

Combo 5:

(super simple but can be intense)

Pump pump pump knee: (4 counts)
Your leg are wide as to start a squat
3 fast small squats, arms pushing down, (1-2-3)
one knee up (4)
