Vita's Vibe on Fitness #11 (Warrmm It Up Now)

This is a Warmup pattern from (pattern 3493)

Hi everyone! A great warm up to do, flows very well, working from top to bottom. If I am teaching step there is always a mini warm up on the step that accompanies the main warmup. So now all that's been said, Let's Warrmm it Up Now. Stretches
Note - they are still done to the music in some type of format 8 count, 16 count, etc. Repeat left lead

Step combo - I am very careful whenever using step speeds faster, (because I am positive that some of us have lost it when it comes to step and speed) than what is recommended by Step Reebok, so I never have two movements following behind one another in the warm up. My method is 4 or 8 counts on the step, and add some floor movement.
