This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from

(pattern 3504)
You are standing facing the side wall. Right side of your body
is towards the front of the room.
- Back leg steps towards front of room and crosses over the
front leg
- Front leg kicks towards front of room
- Right arm jabs (punches) (land your kick before jabbing)
- Left arm straights
- Step back with your front leg (right) behind your back
leg (left)
Repeat combo 8-16x, then switch sides.
