How could that ball hurt soooo much???

This is a Ball pattern from (pattern 3512)

This exercise was taught to me by a wonderful instructor at our club- I would love to take the credit but I can't!! Thanks Lorainne! This exercise is to work the hamstrings. You need a resist-a-ball in order to do this.
