Warm It Up!

This is a Warmup pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3519)

Step is horizontal.

Continue this pattern back and forth...replacing the 4 single knees with 4 hams, 4 side leg lifts, 4 soccer kicks (inner thigh kicks), 4 glute lifts, 4 karate kicks, etc.

I usually try to warm up for at least 5 minutes then stretch for 5.
