You're Gonna Like This!

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 3526)

The whole move is done leading one leg at a time. After the pump in place, repeat the entire sequence leading left. You can change the rear lunges moving backward into kicks. This is one of my mine and my classes favorite moves. Start it out low and add the power each time you go from the top. Add some Plyometrics into the three step touch pump sequence and this move flys!!!

I am challanging all the New England instructors to come up with some "smooth" Hi/Lo. The rest of you can join in if you think you can hang with the finest instructors in the country!!!
