Funky moves

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 3561)

Just a couple of combos to get you in the mood.

You should now be facing the left side of the room, continue the above pattern until you go all the way around and face the front again. Good idea to show the hamstring move first before beginning the session, but every class I have loves this and give lots of verbal cheering and whoops!! Mad people!

You can increase the intensity by kicking forward (and increasing the number of counts) or jogging forward and back in place of the march.
