Instructor Tip: Do you screen your particpants for previous injuries so that you know whom to address options to? If someone has hip or pelvis problems and you are performing high kicks then of course you don't want that person perfoming those types of exercises. Always give options so that everyone is successful in your class not just the front row or your regulars. Being considerate of everyone in your class is going to keep your class full and everyone will want to come because of you. What a great feeling. The main thing is that they come back. I have heard too many times when particpants say "I didn't like her/his class because they didn't provide options. That person is probably not going to come back in the gym. As fitness professionals we certainly don't want that. That could be the only time they are available to work out. Keep em moving. They will love you for it.
