Break the Boredom

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3591)

With knees up, thumbs behind ears, resting head in fingertips, chin away from chest, elbows back, abs tight
  1. Up 2 down 2 (8) counts 4 times
  2. Change to up twist, back over and down alternating sides (8) 4 times
    Put 1 and 2 together: cue up 2 down 2, up twist center and down.
    Add on:
  3. Single lifts halfway down (keeping abdominals contracted the whole time. 4 time (32) counts
  4. Pulse up 3 down 1. 4 times (32) counts
Put 3 and 4 together. Cue "single lifts halfway down for 4 pulse 3 up then down all the way"

Put all four moves together:
Cue "up 2 down 2, up twist, singles halfway down x 2, pulse 3 (32) counts"
