1st Abs

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3612)

These aren't new moves, but are good because they flow into the next move well. I don't know how many reps I do for each (sorry!) but usually just go with the music: Repeat all on other side*

*When you get done with center crunches with the leg pulley on the left leg, extend the left then right legs over hips and add hip lifts to the center crunches (advanced) or hip lifts only.
