Dip It Real Good!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3624)

Here's a basic exercise... But it really works those Tris...

You need a step (preferably set at 6 inches) and weights (2 pounds - 10 pounds)

You will do 4 sets of each:

Then you do 3 more sets of dips followed immediately by extensions. You don't rest between dips and extensions.. Only rest between sets.

*If you have people with shoulder or wrist problems: they can do overhead extension in place of dips.

This is one heck of Superset!!! It really works those Triceps.
