We must.. We must.. We must work those Pecs...

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3625)

Very simple but effective...

You need steps set up at an incline (2 or 3 risers on one side and 1 riser on the other). A set of weights (2-10 pounds).

You can do flyes a variety of ways: decline bench (with head at lower end), add a rotation on flyes, whatever works best for you.

Believe me, by that last set... You pecs will be sore!
