Jump and Pump

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3618)

Start the pattern from the top on the left leg.

*Instead of lifting knees 4 times, you can change to a rocking horse. Step on right, lift left knee (1,2). Three times, rock back on left foot, rock front to right foot (3,4,5,6,7,8). You should end up with the weight on your right foot.
