Step To It!!!!!

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 3620)

Block A:

Repeat above with leg changes as written below.
(change knee-ups to combo of knee up/leg side/ham curl over the top)

Block B:

I take this simple move and add intensity by changing like this:

Do 4 different sets of this move

The hop turn is fast and you turn left on left side and right on right side.

It's a really easy and fun little routine with the ability to be used for all levels!! I use it for advanced and do many repetitions with different variations. What an endurance workout!!!
