Old School Jamzzz
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from

(pattern 3644)
This routine is more along the "old school" aerobics routine
we used to do many years back... But it's tons of fun ;P
- 4 Kicks moving forward
- 4 Side kicks moving back
- 4 Slow squats (you can add jumps or funky arms if ya like)
- 8 Alternating foot taps to side (arms go up and out)
- Right grapevine with 2 left lunges (left kicks)
- Left grapevine with 2 right lunges (or right kicks)
- Right diagonal grapevine
- 2 Jacks
- Left diagonal grapevine
- 2 Jacks
- 4 Knee up moving backward
- Double knees (or Get Jiggy with it-up and over) right
- Double knees (or Get Jiggy with it-up and over) left
There ya go.. You're ready to start yer up!!!
