Ty Lunge Time

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3296)

64 count combo (then repeat on the other side for a total of 128 counts)

*Lunges on the floor: go from the left kick to a quick lunge right, switch lunge left, then two short hops feet together facing to kick right. These are not low lunges; they are quick moves.

*Straddle front: step up with lead leg, then lead leg straddles back on the step and the other leg straddles forward on the step, then turn and hop up center and step off to the side you started from.
