Hi/Lo pattern from

(pattern 3308)
This is a 32 count self-reversing pattern
Right lead
- 2x Single heels (4)
- 2x Single knees (4)
- 2x Single hamstring curls (4)
- 2x Side legs (4)
- 2x Slow squats (8) {moving right}
- 2x Double step touches (8) (moving left & then right)
Repeat on the left
For variety you can move forward with the heels and knees and move
back with the hamstring curls and legs side.
You could also make it four knees moving forward and 4x hamstring
curls, but turn in circles moving back.
The possibilities are endless.
